I. 目的

IV. Institutional Policy Regarding Education 贷款 and Student 金融援助
A. Revenue-Sharing Arrangements
The University will not enter into any revenue-sharing arrangement with any lender.
B. 与借款人互动
When participating in the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP), the University will not assign a first-time borrower's federal 贷款, through award packaging or other methods, 给一个特定的贷款人. The University will not refuse to certify, 或者延迟认证, any federal 贷款 based on the borrower's selection or a particular lender or guaranty agency.
When participating in the Federal Direct Loan Program, the University may assign a first-time borrower's federal 贷款 to the Federal Government as the lender.

V. 行为准则
A. 利益冲突
